"Showed up quicker than I thought"
I was in a good mood when I saw it had already arrived, especially since I wasn’t expecting it so soon. Shipping was quicker than I expected, which was a nice surprise.

My order from Pfaltzgraff arrived in great shape, and the whole experience was really smooth from start to finish. The box felt sturdy, and everything inside was wrapped securely with plenty of padding.
I was a little nervous since dishes can break easily, but nothing was chipped or cracked at all. Really appreciated the care they put into the packaging

"Super easy order, no problems at all"
I placed my order after dinner while I was just sitting on the couch, and the whole checkout process was really quick and simple. No issues came up, everything loaded fine, and I was done in just a couple minutes.

I ordered this dinnerware set thinking the color would be a little softer based on the photos online!!! When it arrived, it was definitely darker and kind of dull in person. It’s still totally usable, so I’m keeping it, but it just wasn’t exactly what I had pictured!!!

"Fast help, and my order got sorted"
I reached out to customer service about an issue with my order, and they got back to me really quickly. i was expecting to sit around waiting forever, so I made coffee and started reorganizing a drawer for no reason. But before I even got too far into that, they had replied and fixed everything. Super easy experience.

"Took me forever to choose, but in a good way"
I had a really good experience browsing Pfaltzgraff for kitchen stuff. There were so many dinnerware styles, from simple everyday sets to brighter, more colorful pieces, that I kept second-guessing myself about what I actually wanted. I’d think I had picked a favorite, then find another set I liked just as much. Maybe I’m too indecisive, but it was nice having that many options, and finding matching pieces was easy. I’d definitely shop here again.

"You can tell it’s well made"
I’m happy with these. Each piece feels sturdy and well put together, and it blends in with my older set way better than I expected. Nothing feels cheap or off to me, so I really don’t have anything to complain about.

My order showed up exactly how I wanted it, with nothing missing and no mix-ups. My sister was actually with me when I opened it, and we both agreed it was nice not having to deal with any issues. Happy with the whole experience and I’d order again.

"Disappointed a bowl arrived cracked, but they handled it quickly"
I was disappointed when I opened the box and saw that one of my bowls had cracked during shipping. It kind of took the excitement out of getting the set, but I snapped a photo and sent it over to Pfaltzgraff customer service.
Thankfully, they responded quickly and sent out a replacement without giving me any hassle. I still wish it had arrived in one piece the first time, but I do appreciate that they made it right so fast.

I had a smooth time using the site. It was easy to look around, search for what I needed, compare a few options, check the pictures, read the details, and move between pages without getting annoyed. Everything loaded fine for me, like the product pages, the cart, the checkout page, and even the images. Checkout was simple too, no weird steps, no confusing buttons, no surprise issues, no page freezing. I found what I needed quickly and didn’t run into any problems.

I ordered a few Pfaltzgraff plates, and unfortunately one showed up with a small chip. I was a little disappointed because I really liked the set and wished I didn’t have to deal with a return at all.
The return/exchange form was straightforward, and customer service got back to me about a day later. Thankfully, they sent out a replacement without making it a whole drawn-out thing.
My only regret is that the process took a bit longer than I hoped, especially for something simple. Still, it was handled well in the end, so I’d order from them again

"Nice selection, but a few things were missing"
I did see some really nice items that caught my eye, which was a good start. The only frustrating part was that quite a few of the things I actually wanted were out of stock when I checked. Still, I liked the overall selection and would probably come back to see if they restock.

I’m happy with these overall. The plates feel sturdy and look nicer than some other sets I’ve used around this price. One of the bowls had a tiny rough spot on the bottom, which was a little annoying, but not a dealbreaker. Compared to similar dishes I’ve bought before, these still feel like good quality, and I’d probably buy them again

"Still holding up, thankfully"
I’ve had these plates for a few months now and, i’m impressed they still look great. My kids are not gentle when they shove stuff into the dishwasher, and I don’t have the patience to baby dishes, so the fact that there are no chips yet is a huge win. Really happy with them

"Replacement was handled really smoothly"
One of my plates showed up cracked, which was a bummer, but Pfaltzgraff made the replacement process surprisingly painless. I just sent over a photo and my order details, and they got back to me within a couple days.
The replacement plate arrived in great shape and was packed much better. I do wish the first shipment had been packed that way too, so I’m going with 4 stars, but they handled it well and didn’t make it a headache.

I ordered a Pfaltzgraff dinnerware set and my first gut reaction when I opened the box was that it was better than I expected for the price.
The plates have a nice weight to them and look really good in person. Everything arrived packed well, and nothing was chipped or broken, which was a relief.
I’ve had cheaper sets that just felt off and ended up chipping quickly, but this one seems like it’ll hold up better. I’d definitely buy more pieces if I needed them.
